Georges de Feure Pair of Gilt Bronze Candelabra
This pair of French Art Nouveau three-light gilt bronze candlesticks, by Georges de Feure, with three arms of each candelabrum growing out of a flower bud on an upright vine. Working in bronze, de Feure formed arabesques based on the stems of these plants with stylized deliberation; each arm terminates in an open flower, into which a candle can be inserted. The candelabra base feature stylized stems emerging from a crosscut bulb. Sold exclusively as a matching set.
